Request Account Deletion
Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Fill in your name and contact details (email or phone number).
- Select your role (Normal or Author).
- Submit your request.
- Our team will review your request and process deletion within 7 days.
- You will receive a confirmation message once the process is completed.
What Happens to Your Data?
- Your personal details (name, email, phone number) will be permanently deleted.
- If you are an Author, all your published content, including stories, drafts, and associated media, will be deleted.
- Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.
- For legal and compliance reasons, transaction records (if any) will be retained for up to 6 months before permanent deletion.
